MONSTERBOOK
I’ve always had a thing for drawing monsters. These here are all real monsters from folklore around the world, and by real I mean people used to believe in their existence. I think there is something alive within a fictional creature that has inhabited the mind of many people for a long period of time. Somehow it feels more real -think of the Grim reaper for example or the Devil-. Most of these were done on a monthly basis for a magazine column between 2006 and 2009.
